Design
Cynthia is currently working on completing an AAAS Degree in Graphic Design at Shoreline Community College. Since starting yet another round of education in January 2004, she has been involved in a number of graphic design projects. She is the layout editor and a contributing writer to All About Jazz Seattle. She is also the managing editor for 2007 issue of The Spindrift and was the art and layout editor for the 2006 issue. She enjoys discovering the parallels between visual art and music and has an ongoing love for the world of text, images and music.

Music
Cynthia Mullis is a versatile, accomplished saxophonist and jazz artist. Since moving to Seattle in July 2000, she has become an active member of the Pacific Northwest music scene after many years in New York and San Francisco. Cynthia leads her own group, New York Confidential, which combines the finest jazz musicians in the Pacific Northwest with musical style inspired by the Big Apple. Her debut CD Inside Job is available on OA2 Records. Cynthia is also a valued side-person in several groups, including the Seattle Women's Jazz Orchestra. She is also a dedicated saxophone instructor at Music Works Northwest in Bellevue.
