Cynthia enjoys discovering the parallels between art and music. She is interested in all aspects of graphic design for both print and web.
Cynthia completed a graphic design degree at Shoreline Community College in June 2008. She was employed as the web designer for the eLearning Department at SCC from November 2008 to June 2010. Currently she is taking more web design classes at Seattle Central Community College.
Since starting her studies in January 2004, she has been involved in a number of graphic design projects. She worked as the layout and typography editor in 2008, managing editor in 2007, and art and layout editor in 2006 for Spindrift, SCC's award winning art and literary journal. She has worked as the layout editor and a contributing writer for the Seattle All About Jazz newspaper as well contributing to the website SeattleJazzScene.com.
In addition to these projects, Cynthia has focused on providing graphic design services geared towards the needs of jazz and classical musicians and non-profit arts organizations.
